I should've gone on to Hellopeter before accepting my Vodacom upgrade from Rewardsco. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS!!! WHY ARE YOU NOT PICKING UP??? You obviously don't live up to what you say on your website: "Our entire business value-chain is geared to provide a professional and sustainable sales service that cannot be replicated through an in-house operation"

I want to cancel my upgrade NOW!!! I will take this to the consumer protection board if you do not contact me today!
