Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 P5200 10.1 32GB Out of Stock

I've got a major problem with an organisation putting items in print and upon making the effort to purchase the item at the walk-in centre was told that there was no stock. I must say the staff were friendly and helpful enough, but it's been going on 4 weeks and still no stock for an item that's being promoted everywhere. I went instore the following week after filling in my details for the contract to enquire about the stock issue and the gentleman instore advised that nowhere in the whole of SA at any of the Telkom branches is there stock. Now I ask you why is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 P5200 10.1 32GB still being advertised. The gentleman in question was so hopeless about stock being available that he said he wouldn't even take my number (he assumed that I haven't filled in the necessary documentation that's required when opening up a contract - which I infact have done on the 5th of November already). Now we're a day from the end of the month and there seems to be no resolution in sight. I have been patient and understanding, but this is too much to expect even from a saint. I want the advertise Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 P5200 10.1 32GB for R299*24 pm on that 10GB special
