Bad Service

We went to Shoprite yesterday they had no stock of the Sunlight 3kg Washing Powder for R39, 99. I phoned later during the day to find out, spoke to Candice if they had they had stock and she said they would get stock in today 3 October and she would call me. Today 3 October I called as I had not heard from Candice so I spoke to Pumeza and she said the stock came in yesterday and they sold out again. I find this extremely bad service as I was told they would let me know. Pick and Pay have their Specials, they have stock available for the duration of the Special otherwise you can get a rain check which means you get the article at the special price when they dont have stock in that day.
