Ad attitude, utter disrepect

Had a complain agains Cell C over a week ago and they promised to get back to me and up to today I haven't received any sort of communication. First they my money. Then they claim I upgraded the line but noone in that foresaken company is prepared to tell me where the upgraded phone is. People in the call centre are useless. This is the reason why I wanted to cancell this contract in the first place, utter disrespect. Be warned CellC you haven't heard the last of this, I will take this further untill someone takes this issues seriously.
