I have been a client with Altech for more than 6 years and I am actually disgusted with the Service Provider. I have handed my Blackberry 9790 at the Altech Autopage in Bayside Mall in July 2013. I have received the phone the first time and when I went to fetch it the inside of the screen had fingerprints of the technician that had worked on it so I sent it back. Then on the 30th of August I received an sms on a phone that I am currently using (which by the way doesn't have any features on it). So I went to fetch the phone from Altech (blackberry 9790) after I had taken the phone home to charge then noticing that the problem hasn`t been resolved I phoned the customer service and explained the details of the problem and told them that the phone should be replaced and the consultant told me that only the Repair centre can tell them if the phone needs to be replaced. I am paying a lot on my contract and I cannot use the phone for the functions that I have taken the contract on that specific phone for. Which I feel is very unfair and unprofessional service and I was told that the problem would be escalated to higher management and up till this day I haven`t heard anything.
