I submitted a complaint to MTN's complaints department on 12/09/2013, using the following email address: [Email Removed]

I immediately received a response (with reference number:7047412) from the Office of the Group Executive.

It has been two weeks since then... and I have not received a response.
I can not believe that this is top management's treatment of customers! Absolutely unreal!!!
