HI Cell C. I started complaining about the bad reception in my area less then 7 working days after taking out a contract with you. It's now been 2 moths and Cell C can't seem to rectify the problem. You will attempt to call me and I will have 5 voice mails (without the phone even ringing) and yet you don't seem to register that this is exactly what my complaint is about. I have been told that the network will be upgraded in November. NICE. Who is refunding me the R2000 plus that I would have spent on this utterly useless contract by then. I even had to extend my old contract with my old network supplier just to continue running my business. So actually I'm paying cell c for love and charity. I need a MANAGER to contact me regarding this within the week or this will go to my lawyers. note from ZA consumer protection act. Consumer's right to return goods Section d) Goods intended to satisfy a particular purpose communicated to the supplier as contemplated in section 55 (3), and within 10 business days after delivery to the consumer, the goods have been found to be unsuitable for that particular purpose. Sort this out or I will take you to court on this.
