Hi Vodacom i am sure you can solve my frustration regarding my new contract Smart m.
i took Smart M package without the device on 5/07/2013 July, and the lady who assisted me by the name FARANA did not convince me fully about the smart M and the features and the benefits of SM.
since now i am on Smart M i am unable to make calls its been 10 days.
i am very very disappointed & depressed with the service that they gave.
when i want to cancel the contract she says she is unable to cancel the contract., and i called several times on 0821958 no., they told me to visit the store because the contract was issued at the store, and when i went into the store, to FARANA she totally disowned and said she is unable to cancel it... without the fees.
why should i pay the fine when this contract is still new and was done on 7the of July2013?
please help me ASAP, my main fear is i will exceed 2 weeks with this contract, then i will be force to pay the fine for termination.
i even wrote a letter of termination of contract to Farana but it seem she is not interested to assist.
my all clients have dis no, so i cannot make calls, i just want to be on prepaid again ASAP.PLZ
