Just had a bit of a hiccup with my data and called in to the call center, spoke to Nicolas, he apologized for the system being slow, was quite unprofessional on the call, when he told me he can't get in and I must call back in an hour, I ask him to have someone call me back instead, he said his shift is ending! I warned him that I will be going to hello Peter and he disregarded that completely. I insisted he arrange a call back and he then ended the call, I called back and spoke to Anele, but immediately escalated to a team leader, I spoke to Pologo who sold my query very quickly, compliments most def to Pologo, but Nicolas is an insult to the telecommunications industry! I want that call listened to please!
