I called in to serve notice for my contract number that's expiring this month.spoke to to Thando who gave me one of the worst service i always get at MTN.she interrupted me and spoke over me, she was cheeky.i asked to be sent a document stating that my clip will not increase as i had signed for a 24 months contract.she told me that i have nothing to worry abt (she said she knew nothing abt the email i had received about the increase of clip) and she just wanted to get rid of me... she promised me that i'll get the documents in 7 working days, till this day i'm still waiting.i've realised that even if a person can complain for bad service and stinking stance, the agents at MTN will continue with their bad attitude as no one does any discipline. Please train your staff on soft skills.
