I bought a clip card on the 8 August 2013 but because I sometimes get a lift at night I only started using the clip card on the morning of 16 August 2013. It was raining that week and my clip card got so wet. this then damaged the clip card when I tried to put it back into the holder. I didn't notice that the date was torn off until Monday morning 19 August 2013. The driver said that I will have to query this but pay in the meantime. I phoned the call center thinking that this can be a quick fix seeing that the clip card has a reference number which can be verified with the date (part of the day and the month is still on the clip card as well as the year) Clearly NO quick fix - They apparently don't do any verifications over the phone or e-mail. I will HAVE to BUY a new clipcard and then post the one that i'm having a problem with to a PO BOX address. I was told by NTOMBI at the call center that this might take a week or a month she was not sure. When I told her that I wanted to complaints department she told me this was it and nothing further I could do. Not even the inspectors could help me. Really I'm disgusted by this.
