Dear Vodacom,

I had requested a cancellation of a migration on the 20th of June and have a written confirmation from Vodacom on the same date stating that no migration will take place.

On 30 June migration took place. I called into the call centre and asked that my contract be reinstated, which it was the same day, however Vodacom staff who dealt with, my query, failed to credit my contract with 517.60mins of my free minutes that was remaining on my contract as at 30 June. I had forwarded the abovementioned e-mail to them as well.

Now I have spoken to over 15 of your staff members, which include 2managers and have been informed by the rewards department that my minutes are lost? I am being pushed from pillar to post for the past 3weeks just because your staff members did not follow my instructions. Whenever you call the call centre, they inform me that they cannot escalate the matter and cannot assist. Therefore my last resort is Hello Peter.

I will not loose my minutes due to your staff's incompetence, therefore please urgently attend to this matter and credit my contract with all of my 517.60 minutes.
