I retract my accusation with Vodacom

I recently posted a complaint of being debited for a Vodacom Contract by Bayport Financial Services when in fact the actual contract has never existed with Vodacom. I now believe that I have been a victim of a and that Bayport found a way to get money out of me. I paid R349.00 over 2 years to a contract that I could never use and have never used. Vodacom responded promptly to my complaint and their investigation was completed within 3 working days. Something for which I am sincerely grateful. They reported that this contract under my ID number had never existed in the first place. I will now take up my case and ITC listing with Bayport Financial Services!!!
