Vodacom head office poor service delivery

Just over 2 years ago I put through a complaint to Vodacom about their poor reception in the East of Pretoria. They informed me to get at least 20 people in my area with the same complaint, which I did. They then informed me they applied to erect a tower close by, eg. Tygervalley. After future numerous complaints and empty promises, over more than 2 years, I have given up on them!

All they can do, is erect more high tech buildings in Midrand, and count their riches!!! Please refrain from using this bad service delivery company, that can only give empty and false promises.

I think I will have to revert back to smoke signals or pigeons to get in touch with people from my home.
