Laptop box opened

I went to Vodacomshop in Greenstone Mall on Monday 10th June 2013 to upgrade my VODAFONE contract. After waiting more than a week I had to phone to find out if the laptop/modem arrived. I was told that it arrived. About ten minutes after that I was phoned to inform me that the box of the laptop was opened to show another customer how the laptop works. I am not prepared to receive a product that was opened and handled by other people. The product to my opinion is now in a suspect condition as far as I'm concerned!!! Now I have to wait maybe another week to have another laptop delivered that is still in a sealed condition. This is not acceptable as far as service is concerned. I think it is poor, very poor.
