One week later and NO RESOLVE, NO Feedback/Update!

It has been a wekk and still experiencing issues below
Unacceptable connectivity, every second or even third time I try a number I will get connected. Else all i hear is "beep beep" and the call cuts, what i don't understand is that i have signal when this happens. I have called the call centre and all they tell me to do is reset my network settings.

I receive SMS's and message notifications 15 to 30 min after it was sent. My SMS's take a while before it gets sent or received, I have tested this with somebody sitting in the same room as me.

Connectivity to the Internet is erratic, simple pages like Gmail login take for ever to load, WhatsApp is forever connecting so i cant send a message. Have to what until it is connected.

I am on one of their Premium contracts with a Premium phone which I pay a Premium for, but do not receive Premium service and usability. Whats the point of having this device, with all the minutes, SMS's and Data if i cannot use it? I get numerous voicemail and misscall notifications, so people cant contact me...

Sad, Sad, Sad! What do i do as a consumer who pays a monthly subscription for something i cannot use?
I definitely feel cheated and ripped off
