Cant get hold of your Department

Somebody has my identity and tried to open a vodacom account on my name, luckily the lady at the vodacom store in Game@carnival mall was sharp enough to pick up that something was amiss. I have been trying to get myself registered for protection since Monday, but the only way I can do this is if Vodacom send me a letter stating that somebody tried to commit using my name... Do you think it is possible to get hold of someone in your department? I keep getting put through to customer care and it is driving me insane. Please can someone get hold of me asap.
