VODACOM, 4 SIM SWOPS within 1 month, not working

My husband upgrade his contract for a new phone for me on the 14th of Feb. 2013 as a gift. He did a sim swop on the same day due to the new phone requested a specific SIM card. On the same day, the sam card was activated.

About 2 days after, my phone stopped working. After numerous attempt to speak to the call center, we were advised that there was another sim swop done on the 18th of Feb by VODACOM via mistake.

We lodged formal complain on VODACOM's web site and request investigation regarding the un authorized sim swop done by whoever.

Thereafter, we had to approach the same branch every weekend for a new sim swop. We now had 4 time sim swop done (including an u authorized /illegal sim swop)

On the 23-03-2013, at about 19:05, my husband contacted VODACOM call center and been advised that it will be deemed as breach of contract by VODACOM if it would not work by 20:00, and we would be informed by the call center at 20:00.

My husband called them again at 20:15, after the empty promise and request full report about what is happening. We were then been advised to seek for a court assistance in order to have the report.

We have to pay for the contract but no service delivery
