I have been trying to get MTN to assist me with me 3g data issue since 21 APR 2013, every day I call I just get told a technician will phone me, and nothing ever happens, I have no idea what I can do about this I use my internet to make a living and dont get any support from MTN! I have a ref number for the coverage support and every day they just say someone will phone you!!! I have six contracts with MTN and will for sure cancelled everything with MTN I have never had such bad service in my live!!!
