Time for me and my clients to cancel and move

For the past 4 months we have had issues with our 2 ADSL lines. Problems relating to intermittent loss of connectivity to slow and unworkable speeds. For 8 years, we have had no issues. Unacceptable excuses from the technicians and call centre is due to the distance from the exchange. What i find odd is this distance has not changed over the 8 years and my stable speed was more than double than what we are able to get now. Being told that the exchange is congested and that the number of people on the exchange has increased from 300 to 11000 is no excuse and bad planning. My attenuation levels have oddly increased as well.

As an IT company that offers connectivity solutions as an added service to our clients, ranging from ADSL, Diginet, etc... I honestly cannot recommend any Telkom solution in future, as our issues, leaves a bad taste and it may be time to eliminate Telkom from the last mile for all existing and future clients and projects.

I have logged one last fault and if this problem continues to persist, i am done and I will cancel my services, including our clients services when contracts have expired

Im fed up and this has a huge impact in our business and how we operate
