4 Years and no fix

It has been 4 years since the first fault reported for an ongoing problem, and to this day it continues. My adsl line is stuffed, i am unable to browse or use any form of internet effeciently if its too hot, it rains or is too windy. This is a major problem when ever it rains. I now refuse to report the fault because NOTHING ever gets done, it's always a temporary fix.

I have been in the I.T and telecoms industry long enough to know B.S when i hear it, so here is some advice.
1. Hire staff who have had training and understand networking and routing.
2. Do not provide a service you are unable to deliver on (pay attention to SNR Margins and attenuation. Below 10 SNR maintains sync to the exchange but does not provide stable internet utilization. Aim for 20 on your highest service as a baseline)
3. NEVER stretch your maximum exhange distance past 5km (i am at 6.8km and my attenuation is almost at maximum tolerance)
4. Listen to your clients, and provide tools for them to check infrastructure stats. Like distance from and exchange.
Either fix the line or refund me as you do every year for every month i have this problem, if thats ok, please review your business model.
