Worst service ever!!!

Pre-ordered a cd 22 July 2013, cd was releases 27 aug and my order still showed as pre-order after release. I phoned 3 times and spoke to 3 different consultants assuring me that my order will be processed and ill receive it shortly, they would also phone back within 48 hours to confirm and still nothing! cancelled the order about a week after my last call after nothing happend with my order (still showed as pre-order when i cancelled my order and product now out of stock) and still no refund either!! Impossible to get any kind of service from them!!! Will never use kalahari again!!!
