What a mess

What is the point of being a premier banker when I receive even below average service? I placed an order for a Samsung device package. The order gets sent through to digital planet as a duplicate. They then cancel the order and tell me to contact FNB. I receive a call on Monday from Digital Planet to confirm that all is in order and they will deliver my package. I contact Digital Planet now and they advise that the only order I have is the duplicated one which is cancelled. Now I get told they are waiting for FNB to send through the order still. Therefore Digital Planet and FNB have messed up once again. Nobody at FNB can even help me or make an effort to fix the error and make sure I receive the package I ordered in December already! How can Yushaa O'Reilly advise me to cancel the order and order again from FNB if this is not correct? Why is Digital Planet calling me again to confirm my order and then 3 days later it doesn't exist?
