On April 17 2013 i contacted them with regards to an RMA on a card sold to me 2 years ago. I wished to return the item since it has a 3 year warranty, i phoned them and i was instructed to send an email with the items details, serial no etc, i did exactly that listing all their requirements along with invoice number. after a few days i phoned them to ask for an update, i was told that the person that would help me is away but they would phone me back in a few minutes. on the 24th of April i sent another mail asking for an update and stating that they pledged to phone me and didn't. in that week i phoned them again and i was told that they don't know he will let me know the next day. on May 3rd after again not receiving any response i asked for an update again. on may 6th i threatened that i will have to post a complaint on hello peter in the hopes to receive any communication from them. sure enough they have not responded. In 3 weeks time i have not received a single email or call from them, they don't seem to care about their clients or their own reputation. a little salt in the wound: I spent R11000 yesterday at another online computer store, didn't even consider using you again
