I paid my account like any other month per eft. i received an sms from 8ta saying that my account will be suspended i phoned 081180 and send several mails to several people of proof off payment and yet none of them could assist me. no manager was available it is costing me my name and when i need to update in a couple off days my credit record will be damaged, no one is coming back to me, no feed back, no nr to contact accounts directly.
