Constant Network Failure and BlackBerry Failure

To Whom It May Concern,

Having been a customer of MTN for many years and using a top-end package creates an expectation of good service - which in turn leads to extreme levels of frustration when their network has been giving problems on my handset for three weeks now. Add to the fact that at the tims when my handset is at least not showing "SIM Not Allowed" then the BlackBerry services fail altogether.

I have called the Corporate Help Desk multiple times and followed their procedures of pulling the battery out, having service books resent to the device and having the cell number reset on the network.

I use the phone for business and i simply cannot afford this.

My frustration is extreme!!!

Please fix this.
