I LOVE CELL C... JOKES!!!

This is the second time I have to waist my time at work to write to you.

I upgraded to a iPhone 5. I have had NO SIGNAL. I got a call from someone from your side and he said that you people are upgrading the signal in the area and by 23 April it will be fixed. He said in the mean time I can roam off another service provider. SO... I did that. And I keep getting cut off, I have no signal, I get a message saying "Your selected cellular network is no longer available. YOu can choose a different network"

This is honestly pathetic! I am loosing money due to no signal and missing calls from clients.

Tomorrow (25 April) I expect a email from someone with an explanation. If I have not received an email by 12pm tomorrow, I am going back to the shop I got the phone from, handing it in, and you can cancel my contract. And do not even try say to me that I have to pay up for the remainder of the contract. To me, I am paying for nothing!!!
