756CWK080413 Faulty voice and ADSL LINE

Reported that my voice line and ADSL are not working on the 8 April and it has still not been repaired. The internet is constantly unstable and technicians cannot seem to resolve the problem.

I am unhappy with the lack of service delivery and also that I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
