I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT ON FRIDAY (08/03/13) TELEPHONICALLY AND REQUESTED DELIVERY TO BE EARLIER THAN THE NORMAL 7 DAYS AS THIS PHONE IS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO SOMEONE THIS TUESDAY (12/03/13). THE LADY AGREED TO PHONE ME AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT THIS POSSIBILITY. TRYING TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE IS OF NO HELP. THEY LEAVE YOU HOLDING ON FOREVER! I HAVE HELD ON FOR 25 MIN AT A TIME AND EVENTUALLY DROPPED THE CALL AS NO ONE SEEMS TO PICK UP. I JUST GET TRANSFERRED FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER! 5 PHONE CALLS AND 60 MIN LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER! I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE PHONE OR PAID MY FIRST MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND ALREADY I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH CELL C AND THE SERVICE I AM GETTING! FEEL LIKE CANCELLING EVERYTHING!
