Wrongly billed from the start of my account

Been trying the last 3 months to sort out my account which I have been wrongly billed. January I cancelled my service due to the lack of response from complaint and account department regarding my account. They still can not give me an item missed bill for my account to prove that they are billing me incorrect. I get Sm's stating that my account will be credited with an amount and 3 days later an Sm's stating that I still owe them that amount. Makes no sense I have informed their pre-legal department of all payments and requested a detailed account before making any further payments.
