My name is Sandile Zuma, I live in 75 Interland Homes, Kwa-Thema, Springs, 1575. I have been using MTN for the past 10 years nw, I have been a loyal and faithfull customer. I understand that sometimes it happends that MTN may experience technical difficulties for whatever reason, however for the past 2 days it has gotten out of hnd as my sister and I, who both use mtn, have not been able to access the internet properly and not been able to make and rceive calls. During the day I would try to make phonecall and it would cut after 10 seconds. This has been very frustrating for me because I could not even call the customer care line because everytime I call the number it would cut me after 10 seconds aswell as the 3G helpline, and the callcentre agents would not even bother to make a follow up. I have been losing out on important calls during the day as I aam expecting calls for interviewws and now the network is busy messing things up for me, I could not even send BBMs and watsapps either, so I could not even communicate wit my friends. I pay my R60 for BIS every month without fail, so I really don't expect such poor service from MTN, a well renowed service provide
