I booked a four ball to play golf at a course using [URL Removed] after more than 4 attempts at different tee-off times, there was a successful transaction. Why show a tee-off time as available, make me go through the whole e-commerce experience of putting in all the players details, my making details etc and then just say the transaction was unsuccessful?

Eventually, transaction is successful (i.e. take the money out my account) but then you still display a message saying a confirmation will be sent within 10 minutes - well it is now 3 hrs and I'm still waiting. then you say if you have any queries, don't call the golf course, call our call centre - well, try answering the calls. I don't mind holding on the line, I understand call centers get busy but then don't drop my call after a few minutes of holding - this happened at least 5 times - very frustrating!

Not to mention the terrible IVR loop that every 20 seconds prompts me to select 1 for play more golf or 2 for last minute golf - surely If I selected option 2 at the beginning of the call then you don't need to prompt me every 20 seconds with the same options.
