I posted a complaint on HelloPeter on Sunday 16th June about customer care service I had received from Vodacom. On Tuesday 18th June, Melanie Mouers from Customer Care emailed me, and then phoned me. She listened carefully to my problem, understood what I wanted and went out of her way to make it happen, going the extra mile. She sorted me out promptly & I am very happy now. I wish all customer care consultants (everywhere, not just at Vodacom) were like her. I have been with Vodacom almost right from the beginning, and you now definitely have a happy, loyal client for life. The reason this compliment is so late is because I had to wait 5 days to write my feedback, and then another 5 days to post this compliment (Hellopeter's policy). Thank you so much to Melanie, and to Vodacom! Brilliant service!
