Dear Fabio Phillip,

Just a short note to say a big, big thank you for helping me set up voicemail on 8ta. Since I originally set it up it has never worked, and, after speaking to 3 of your consultants today, none of whom who could help me, only you took the time and trouble to call me back, and helped me set up "call divert" on my Nokia C5, which enabled the voicemail system to function correctly.
