Voice mail box still not sorted out???

Here's the service request no. S3-04Q36-6BBMI. its been more than a week that you guys said you will get back to me to tell me if the voicemail has been fixed. My voicemail still working. How long do i still have to wait??? I'm still not getting notifications that i have a voicemail waiting. This might not seem important to you but iv lost a client already cause my voicemail is NOT WORKING.
