Voicemail won't work

I opened a new contract with MTN on a Samsung Galaxy SIII few weeks ago and the voicemail hasn't work since I got the phone. I receive a message that I have a voicemail but when I dial 100 / 110 there's a silent delay of about 20sec. then the voice says "The voice message system was unable to process your call at this time, please try again later" I have called MTN about 20 times and went to branches twice and everytime I just get a new reference number that they have reset my voicemail and I have to take the phone apart for minutes and try again or wait 2-24 hours every single time. Guess what, it STILL doesn't work! I am really tired of this and will gladly take further actions if this is not fixed! I receive important calls that I can't listen to??? Other problems I have, is when I want to leave a complaint on MTN's website I need to enter my number first, so I enter my "060" number but the site responds "the number is invalid"??? I also have big issues with changing my internet banking number to my 060 number which I NEED to do to work with my internet banking!
