Sales People aint returning calls

Please advise how long its takes a Cell C agent/call centre agent, to call me back with regard to sales. Last week I called, spoke to Mbali who advised that Lizelle De Villiers would call me back with regard to my upgrade, I still havent heard form anyone within Cell C
