Get It Service... A nightmare to cancel

I called Cell C on 17.01.2013 to cancel this ridiculous service I am being billed for at R34.95 every month, I am not making use of the service hence the cancellation. I was assured it will be cancelled within 30 days and a call centre agent will call me back in this regard. Its been 33 days to date and I havent heard a word from anyone I have called the customer care line on numerous occassions even sent them emails and wrote on their websit but still nothing has happened. I am sick of the service received its disgusting! What makes it worse is that I was billed again for this service. I will never ever make use of Cell C again, I cannot wait for my contract to be done. I wouldnt advise anyone to use them in future.
