I called 5rooms with a technical query about a ceiling fan. The lady who answered my call could not assist and put me through to a sales agent. The sales agent refused to take my call. The lady who answered my call then had to keep putting me on hold to ask the agent my questions and then get back to me. After the 5th time I was put on hold I requested the sales agent's name to lodge a complain of hellopeter. I was put through to the sales agent who refused to answer until the call was automatically disconnected.
I am in the market for new lounge furniture and I will certainly not be spending my hard earned money with a company that has no regard for me as a client.
