Service is worse than disgusting

I lodged a complInt about virgin mobile a few moths back about my account. I have since upgraded against my better judgement with this company to a contract that offers R200 airtime, with a limit of R1000talk time, 25 smses and 200 mb data. This contract was to commence on 1st Jan. I had a balance of about R200 airtime left, and my new R200 was loaded on the 1st. I am to get the first month free as that was the deaL Rebecca gave me for all the Inconvenience caused. Apparently I have a balance of R309 (credit) there are some things on the account I didn't Agree with and asked Rebecca to please contact me. I still haven't heard from her. I phoned the call centre this morning to be told that I have used up almost a R1000. I have been very careful in checking my balance so that I do not go over my Limit. So I am not sure where they get this figure from. I actually don't want anything more to do with virgin, as the service is shocking and the people at the call centre are rude and don't let you finish what you are saying. I am at my wits end with this company.
