Customer Service from Live Chat needs improving

I got no complaint with Bidorbuy website at all - in fact I use them a lot!

Its the face of bidorbuy I have an issue with - their customer service representitive. The online live chat support is my issue. Extremely slow to respond, and never seem to be able to answer my questions satisfactory. I have dealt with this particular person twice and finished the chat more frustrated than ever on both occassions. Needs to be looked into.
