Incompetence!!!

I have 5 contracts with cell C and wish i could have all of them cancelled with immediate effect. Firstly we struggle making or receiving calls, cant browse on the internet, as we hardly get signal. I got my 5th phone at the end of last year and been struggling since last week to get the contract migrated to top up, when calling the cost centre i get to incompetent people that each tell me a different story, the one says i can migrate i have to wait she will escalate my request, theres a waiting period for like 48 hrs, 4 days later still waiting, i then followed up again because they dont call back and got to one that says i can migrate imediately i dont have to wait but she will have to escalate my request they will call me within 2 days. Each time i phone i am asked the same security questions over and over again but they do Jack!! These days i spend most of my life on the phone, frustrated like. As a last option i phoned customer service again to purchase bundles (500 mb) so i can just start using my phone, they send me 50 mb... CELL C!!! HA A MAN!! Haibo!! Monthly I pay you around R2500 from my hard earned salary, i deserve better then this, eish!!
