FALSE MTN ADVERTISING - UPGRADE DEALS

On the 12th of October 2013 I upgraded to the package as advertised for the Samsung Galaxcy S4 with 200MB Internet Bundle plus 150MB Internet bundle BONUS every month and 200 sms's (MTN ANYTIME 200) for R389pm. The phone was purchased at MTN Gavendish Mall, Kempton Park. When the phone was activated the data available was 200MB only with NO 150MB BONUS and the sms's only 25 any network and 175 MTN to MTN (this was not specified in the advertisement of which I still have the original). After an extremely frustrating 2 months with daily visits to the MTN Gavendish Banch and telephone calls to the MTN non- service provider the additional 150MB data was loaded, but up to date my 200 SMS'S are still divided monthly (25 to any network and 175 MTN TO MTN) therefore my sms's are still deducted from my airtime.

According to the Sales consultant, Thula (not employed at the abovementioned branch anymore) and the manager of the branch Mr Kashan as well as the pamphlet I should have 200 SMS'S to any network. The 2nd last reference number of many: 2998445 (4/12/2013) as well as the reference number of today: 3093711 (3/1/2014).

No one seems to care or wants to help. I am truly very frustrated.
