I have been complaining from the 21st of July 2013 without success and my complaint list grows everyday! Bad service, call centre staff that has no idea what they are doing. No response to sort out my problem - changed my contract, recieved the new phone. Was not given any information that the BB Z10 is not compatible with the BIS i had or how the billing will work or was suggested that i buy a bundle. Absolutely nothing was explained to me. Someone phoned me that they were investigating the recorded calls. A month later i just have to pay an R 1464 account. Cell C advertise 99c per minute call rate.. no where do they say it depends on which contract you have. Well i pay R 2.37 for 55 seconds. False advertising! Receive 2 sms's about fair usage policy. Sounds great when i phone its not compatible with the Z10. No where on sms does it say depending on which phone you have. You guys need to sort out your marketing/advertising. Putting people under false impressions. I really want to know who pay 99c per minute? Aren't someone who has been on contract for 10 years suppose to get a cheaper call rate? Wonder whats next. Seems everything is not compatible with my contract or phone???
