Debit order still going through after cancelling

On May 14 2013 I paid the cancellation fee for my MTN data contract with Nashua mobile, the amount was R1538. The termination request date was 30 June 2013. Today the debit order went through again for R824, so im not sure now if my contract has infact actually been cancelled? Otherwise i just gave 1538 to nashua mobile for no reason whatsoever.
