I've recently signed up with axxess after Telkom service levels dropped even further. When signing up I got my username and password immediately. but that was the only plus. when I called the call center later that morning to confirm my debit order date I was then told it already went to the bank and cannot be changed, I then asked the consultant if he could load a note on the system and have the debit order run on the 25th. He advise he would load the note. Two days later when trying to browse a web page I am advised my account is suspended, even after I had the note loaded. And even after I requested that the debit run on the 25th (24th) Stay away from Axxess as a ISP, their line speeds might be good but the service is pathetic
