Airtime debited even though I have data bunddle

I have logged a query yesterday regarding money debited from my airtime even though I had data bundle (S3-04A2P-85QY). I asked them to check what also eating my data bundle because I have already bought 500MB this month and most of the time I'm using work's wifi. Today in the morning the call was closed and I was given R90 airtime. Before I could even use it another money was also debited on the airtime. I called again to inform them and the guy who was assisting me was not helpful. He requested I go to the nearest Vodacom shop, so that one of the data specialist can assist me there and I did that. The guy from the Hatfield Vodacom shop saw nothing wrong on my phone. I then called them again to inform the guy and he was unable to help me. He cannot even just check on the system what's eating up my airtime so that prevent that if possible. I have three contract with you guys but still I cannot get a proper assistance. I am being treated like an with this run around I am getting. Can I get somebody who can assist me with this problem.
