I accidentally bought a black berry bundle for my phone instead of a normal data bundle. I called the call centre to assist because I use a iPhone and the blackberry bundle will not work on my phone. The lady I spoke to was very unhelpful, she says "its not a return shop, no returns and no refunds"... It was a mistake... I asked her what happens to the money and the airtime she says " you unfortunately loose it". I don't understand, this service belongs to Vodacom and they are unable to assist? Another reason why I am planning to leave Vodacom. I spend over R500 a month on airtime and they not willing to assist? Then you don't deserve my business.
