Bad service - surprise surprise

My father had to upgrade his contract, and we went all the way to the midrand branch so we can complain about the bad service we have been getting, and we couldnt stomache the thought of going to the wonderboom branch, since we have never had great service there. After complaining we were assured everything would go smoothly and we started the upgrade process.went back the next day to pick up the devices and fill in the paperwork, but suddenly the phone was not in stock. Since we were leaving the country in a couple of days i was promised a delivery of the phone on the friday, but i wasted a whole day waiting for a delivery that never happened. I phoned and left messages for zanele but got no response. We were getting desperate and i left several complaints, but had no response to date.got an sms saying the phone was no at the midrand branch ready to be picked up, but we had to leave for our trip. Since we had no word i had to phone again to organise the delivery, and get the surprise of the delivery fee after i went to the branch a couple of times, wasting my time and money. My dad has been a customer for 20 years, and we're still waiting, no response, no service, not surprised
