Dont MTN know how to call a cust back???

So my issue in short, i called on 8 nov 13 to request a 1 gig bundle, i got more than that, i called back straight away to ask that the extra be removed as i only asked for 1 gig. i got charged for two 1 gigs and this money was taken out of my bank account in dec. i have been calling since then to speak to managers who promise faithfully to call me back after they have listened to the calls but NEVER CALL ME BACK. i have today again called as the request i made yesterday resulted in... thats right no call back. so i asked for a copy of the 2 calls so that i can do MTN's job for them because clearly you dont possess the skills to do it yourrself. Please tell me why is it that customers cant get a copy ohe call they made to MTN, i thought the calls are recorded??? i asked to speak to a formal complaints teama dn was told you will have to write in, or email customer care, customer care is not complaint, and to write in means i still dont get a responce as MTN will turn around and claim we never got the letter. so I'm out of pocket for staff incompetence and all my time spent calling is time i cant get back!!!
